We begin by understanding the client's needs and budget, discussing preliminary spatial concepts, and explaining our design fees and working process.

We visit the site to take accurate measurements and assess spatial conditions and limitations, analyzing the unique characteristics of the space.

Design Engagement
Once the client confirms intent to proceed, we sign a design agreement and begin formal design development.

Based on the client’s needs, we propose layout plans that optimize circulation and spatial functions, while also discussing design style, materials, and color palette.

Design Development
After confirming the basic layout, we provide 3D renderings if needed, then move into detailed development — including elevations, material specifications, lighting layout, and overall style direction. In the latter phase, we prepare construction drawings such as layout systems, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), and elevation drawings.

Material Selection
We assist in selecting materials, finishes, equipment, and color combinations to ensure the design details are well-executed and cohesive.

Construction Quotation
Based on the finalized drawings and material selections, we prepare a detailed construction quote, confirm the scope and budget, and address any questions related to the project.

Construction & Supervision
After signing the construction contract, we coordinate all trades, monitor progress, and maintain detailed on-site records. We also assist with confirming soft furnishings such as lighting, curtains, and furniture.

Final Inspection & Handover
Upon project completion, we perform final checks and cleaning, arrange the official handover, and deliver the finished space.

Warranty Service
Following handover, we provide a one-year warranty period and consultation on repairs or adjustments, ensuring long-term support for your living or working environment.
