Design Phase

We begin by understanding the client's needs and budget, discussing preliminary spatial concepts, and explaining our design fees and working process.

We visit the site to take accurate measurements and assess spatial conditions and limitations, analyzing the unique characteristics of the space.

Site Measurement
Once the client confirms intent to proceed, we sign a design agreement and begin formal design development.

Design Engagement
Based on the client’s needs, we propose layout plans that optimize circulation and spatial functions, while also discussing design style, materials, and color palette.

Space Planning
After confirming the layout, we provide 3D visuals if needed, then develop details like elevations, materials, lighting, and style. We then prepare construction drawings, including layout, MEP, and elevations.

Design Development
We assist in selecting materials, finishes, equipment, and color combinations to ensure the design details are well-executed and cohesive.

Material Selection
Construction Phase

Confirm project scope and budget. Provide a detailed quote based on design drawings and materials, and assess related risks.

Quotation
Sign a formal contract outlining scope, timeline, cost, payment terms, and responsibilities, with adjustments as needed.

Contract Signing
Prepare detailed construction drawings for site use. Update promptly if there are design changes during construction.

Drawing Preparation
Execute work as agreed. The team supervises quality, progress, and confirms soft furnishings like lighting and furniture.

Construction & Site Supervision
Inspect and clean after completion. Conduct joint acceptance, deliver as-built drawings, and finalize payment and settlement.

Handover
Provide a one-year warranty with repair support and usage consultation. Recommend routine maintenance for long-term use.
